the staff members were extremely friendly and welcoming. the rooms were spacious, comfortable, and equipped with modern amenities such as high-speed Wi-Fi. What I particularly liked was the hotel's proximity to the city center and nearby restaurants, making it easier for me to explore the area. the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of dishes to choose from.

Although the hotel had its good points, there were some negative aspects as well. I found that the noise level in the hallways and adjacent rooms was a bit high.

Nestled in a convenient and central location, this hotel is an amazing find to explore the city area and mountains nearby. the well, furnished rooms and courteous staff exude comfort and warmth. Savor delicious cuisine at the hotel's restaurants that attract locals too. Facilities and room advantages such as neat and spacious rooms, excellent room service, decent breakfast, and clean and well, equipped bathrooms are not to be missed.

The indifferent behavior of a staff member at the time of check, out leaves a bad taste in one's mouth.

We had a great weekend stay in a vibrant town surrounded by tea estates and wildlife sanctuaries. The location was central and easily accessible by air, rail or bus. The rooms were comfortable, and the food was sumptuous. The staff was polite and courteous, and we felt safe during our stay. We also enjoyed the convenience of having a mart attached to the building.

The only mild beer options were Kingsberg and Hitman No 9000. The cocktails were below average, and the stuffy smell in the decor wasn't pleasant.

Lastly, the complimentary breakfast offered was delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from. I was very impressed with this hotel.
